Local DMCs are experienced in a limited area of knowledge, and work almost exclusively for American corporations. Most operate in major cities only, and must sub-contract out operations in outlying areas. Most do not even negotiate hotel contracts directly, but pass on this responsibility to the client.

As Receptive Operators, TEAM USA INCENTIVES members specialize in foreign incentives. We handle all facets of the program, including hotel contracts, and even special flight requirements, if needed. We use our experience to negotiate the best possible terms for our client.

We must be familiar with not only the major cities in which we operate, but with every destination in between, including every resort, restaurant, excursion and place of interest. Our TEAM offers peace-of-mind when your program includes travel between multiple destinations, since we stitch together your program into a seamless operation as no single DMC can do.

There is no substitute for service and we all know some of the best service personnel are trained in Europe. Thus, when European, Latin American, or Pacific Rim clients come to the United States, they want to be treated like they are in their home country. Our TEAM USA INCENTIVES members maintain a level of service beyond what is normally available from American DMCs. How do we do it? Because each of our member companies is either owned or staffed by personnel who not only come from Europe or speak the major European languages, but also know the culture and lifestyle of the European and Latin American countries.
